welcome to ackpackchannel.com (the “site”). this website is operated by Ackpackchannel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). these terms of service (“tos”) govern your access to and use of our site and the services we provide, including purchasing products. by accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these tos. if you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
1. use of the site

5. shipping
shipping times and costs are estimates only. we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. return and refund policy
we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. to initiate a return, you must contact customer service at help@ackpackchannel.com
to obtain a return merchandise authorization (rma) number.
6.1 refund processing: upon our receipt and inspection of the eligible returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. please allow a minimum of 14 business days from the time we approve the refund for the credit to be processed and posted to your account. the total timeframe may be longer depending on your financial institution.
6.2 paypal refunds: for payments made via paypal, refund processing is subject to paypal’s systems. refunds to paypal accounts will take a minimum of 14 business days to appear. we note that in certain jurisdictions, applicable local consumer laws may require paypal refunds to be completed within 30 days. we will comply with such legal requirements where they apply.
6.3 non-refundable items: certain items, such as final sale goods or used products, are not eligible for return. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

we strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. however, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate. product descriptions are provided for informational purposes, and we do not warrant they are error-free.
