- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- International Shipping: We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times can vary from 7-30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note: The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery. We cannot estimate these fees, and we cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
- Shipping Delays: While we provide estimated delivery windows, Ackpackchannel is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date you receive your item.
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective covers included.
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or on any product where the hygiene seal has been broken.
- Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Within 14 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at help@ackpackchannel.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.Pack Securely: Securely pack the item(s) in the original or a suitable shipping box. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.Ship to Return Center: Ship the package to our designated returns facility at the address provided with your RMA authorization. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Return Address: Room G, 12th Floor, Chuk Yuen Building, 662 Chuk Yuen Road, Wong Tai Sin within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or full refund upon inspection.
